At Delta Store, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. Items shipped from Delta Store can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. However, some products may have different policies or requirements, which will be outlined clearly under our refund and return policy.
Returns will be processed only if:
The product is not damaged.
The product matches what was shipped to you.
The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received, including the original brand/manufacturer box or packaging, and any user manual, warranty card, and all accessories.
Once the courier receives your item, it can take up to one week for us to process your return. Under our refund and return policy, it typically takes 4 to 7 working days. After processing, refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your payment card statement.
Valid reasons to return an item:
Items are eligible for return and a full refund within 15 days of delivery under our refund and return policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can opt for a free replacement (if available). Please ensure the item is in its original condition, with the brand’s outer box, brand/price tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
Please note that a change of mind is not applicable for replacements or returns under our policy
If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a replacement or refund will be issued based on our assessment in accordance with our refund and return policy.
We do not accept returns for items used for more than 30 days. For laptops, you may raise a return or replacement request directly with Delta Store if the device is dead on arrival (i.e., does not switch on completely). If the laptop has already been activated*, please contact us at info@deltastore.ae for further assistance.
